Paper Wasp nest removal

Propest were called to remove an unsual nest on the side of a Yeppoon resident's home. Unsure if it was a variety of paper wasp, Technician Ben came out to investigate. Locating the nest was done quickly as the size of the nest and the noise created by the swarming wasps made detection easy. Due to safety concerns for the residents of the home as well as the attending technician, it became necessary to euthanise the wasps. Our Technician returned 1 week later to ensure all wasps had gone and the process of removing the vacant nest was completed.
